Oh, Peanut Butter! People either love you or hate you, right? My daughter and I love you so this peanut butter smoothie recipe is one of our favorites. I hope you like it. what you need:
1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter (I love the crunchy type)
3/4 cup milk (I use 2% but you can use the milk of your choice)
one chopped banana (fresh or frozen)
Optional: - 1/2 cup ice cubes - sweetener - 2-3 cubes of frozen apple juice
What To Do:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
