Protein Powder Pancakes

 


A neutral taste that pairs well with your favourite toppings.


what you need

  • 1 measuring cup of a favourite protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flower
  • 2 tbsp chickpea flower
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk

Optional: 1 tsp vanilla

what to do
- Mix well all ingredients until you get a smooth dough.
- If it's too thick add milk and if it's too thin add chickpea flower. Just a little bit at a time.
- Yields 2 pancakes.
