Delicious on its own but even better with chantilly or vanilla ice cream.
I believe the texture would be smoother if I had a Vitamin. It's a bit grainy.
what you need:
- 200 ml your favorite milk; regular, soy, coconut, almond
- 200 gr soaked almonds, drained (soaked from 8 to 24 hours)
- 200 gr melted chocolate (use the microwave - see notes)
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup or your favorite sweetener
what to do:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Put in a single container or four ramekins.
Notes:
If you use milk chocolate, you might not need to add sweetener
You can want add 1 tablespoon of cocoa for a stronger flavour.
To melt chocolate in the microwave, place chocolate bits in a bowl and microwave for 1 min 30 sec on 500W. Mix then add 30 more seconds at a time, stirring in between, until all is melted.
