Rice Pudding / Arroz Doce

This recipe of 'arroz doce' has become my son’s favorite desert. After many trials with different recipes and variations I came up with this recipe that is 'creeeeeammy' and has the right amount of sweetness. 

Pudim de Leite Condensado / Brazilian Caramel Flan

'Pudim de leite condensado' is a custard desert very popular in Brazil. This type of custard is actually very popular throughout the world and the recipes are very similar. The use of condensed milk in the recipe though is predominant in Brazil and Venezuela. However I have found many British 'crème caramel' recipes that use the exactly same ingredients.
