I love to mix pesto and ricotta cheese. To make this delicious sauce all you need is ricotta cheese and the very simple homemade Basil Pesto recipe that I posted before.
Just mix ricotta cheese and pesto in a saucepan over medium heat until they blend well and the mixture starts to bubble.
