green & black olive tapenade




Tapenade with green and black olives has definitely a kick to it. 😋


what you need:

  • 1/2 cup pitted calamari olives
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 2 tablespoons capers drained
  • 2 small garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juive
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • salt & pepper to taste


what to do:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired consistency.

Serve with french baguette, pitta crackers, toast, or a cracker of your liking.
