- 400/500 gr strawberries fresh or frozen but defrosted
- 2 cups milk (any kind)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
Notes:
- Use other fruits like mango, pineapple, kiwi, or other berries.
- You can also opt to not add any sweetener.
- If you have a powerful blender the end result will be more like a mousse
what to do:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend for about 1 1/2 minutes. If your blender is powerful you will have more a mousse consistency,
Wait 10 minutes, then pulse again for about half a minute.
Place in one container or small containers.
