Smash Carrots with Parmesan

 


just ... Yum!


what you need:

  • baby carrots
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • salt
  • olive oil
Notes:
You can sprinkle the carrots with other seasonings of your liking, like garlic and onion powder, fresh parsley, etc.


what to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C / 400F
  2. Steam the carrots until they are soft.
  3. Place them on a baking sheet and smash them with the bottom of a cup.
  4. Brush olive oil
  5. Sprinkle salt and Parmesan
  6. Bake 20 min until until golden and crisp
