3 Ingredients Almond Cookies


 Perfect for snacking or for sharing with friends and family over coffee or a cup of tea. 💕


what you need:

100 gr almond flour

100 gr almond butter (or peanut butter)

100 gr maple syrup (or honey)


what you do:

Place all 3 ingredients in a food processor and process until they are all blended and form a ball of dough.

Rub your hands with butter and make balls of about 4 cm (1,5 inch) diameter and place them in a cookie sheet covered with parchment. 

Flatten the balls with a fork, making a criss cross pattern.

Bake in 180 C oven for 15 minutes.


OR



Make little balls of about 1 inch diameter and press them with one finger to flatten them. You will end up with little cookies the size of a quarter. They usually cook for lesser time, about 10 to 12 minutes.
