Salmon Pasta


Another very simple and delicious dish.


What You Need:

  • 12oz pasta (fusilli, farfalle or casarecce work great)
  • 4oz smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried (or fresh) parsley
  • 2 tablespoons drained capers
  • 1 pint double cream (heavy whipping cream)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Optional: add also 1 tablespoon chopped chives.

What To Do:




Gather your ingredients.





Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and add a little bit of olive oil so it does not stick. Reserve.






Chop the salmon.







Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium high heat.






Add the salmon.






Cook for 2 minutes. The salmon will change color. It will get lighter.






Add all the other ingredients and stir until it bubbles and thickens.






Mix the pasta and Bon Apéttit!
