What You Need:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups carrots in strips or sliced round
- 2 tablespoons parsley dry or better yet fresh
- 1 cup onions cut in strips
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt to taste
What You Do:
Gather your ingredients.
Melt butter over medium high heat.
Saute the onions until they change color.
Add the carrots and saute about 5 minutes.
Add the sugar and salt.
Add the parsley.
If during the cooking process the carrots get too dry you can add a little bit of water.
