You Need:

- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons chopped shallots or red onion finely chopped
- 1 can (5 oz.) tuna drained and flaked (better to use tuna in Spring Water)
optional: 1 teaspoon hot sauce like Tabasco
