Another smoothie for the smoothie aficionados like me. 
A smoothie with no milk, a great option for lactose intolerant people. 
What You Need:
- 1 Mango cut in pieces
 - 1 Banana cut in pieces
 - 3/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed is better of course)
 
Optional:
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- sweetener
- 2-3 cubes of frozen apple juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- sweetener
- 2-3 cubes of frozen apple juice
What To Do:
Blend until smooth.
