Mango Banana Orange Smoothie



Another smoothie for the smoothie aficionados like me. 
A smoothie with no milk, a great option for lactose intolerant people.


All you need is: 

  • 1 Mango cut in pieces
  • 1 Banana cut in pieces
  • 3/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed is better of course)
Optional:
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- sweetener
- 2-3 cubes of frozen apple juice



What To Do:

Put everything in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
