Roasted Asparagus


Roasted asparagus is very easy to make and have a completely different texture than the steamed ones. 



The flowery tips get crispy and it is a delight to munch away its crunchiness. 
Yum!







You just need asparagus, salt, pepper, and olive oil.






What To Do:



Preheat oven to 400 F.
Snap the hard end of the asparagus and discard.





Wash them in running water and dry with paper towels.








Arrange the asparagus in a baking dish in a single layer.






Sprinkle with salt and pepper (lots) and brush generously with olive oil until the aspargus are completely covered.






 Bake for 25 minutes.
