Oh, Peanut Butter! People either love you or hate you, right? My daughter and I love you so this peanut butter smoothie recipe is one of our favorites. I hope you like it.
what you need:
- 1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter (I love the crunchy type)
- 3/4 cup milk (I use 2% but you can use the milk of your choice)
- one chopped banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2-3 cubes of frozen apple juice
What To Do:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
1 organic banana
3/4 cup organic Almond milk
1 1/2 tablespoon organic peanut butter
