what you need:
- 100ml almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 150 gr frozen fruit in small chunks
- 150 gr crushed ice cubes
- 1 tbsp vanilla
what to do:
Put all ingredients in a food processor 2 to 4 minutes until it's fluffy. The time will depend on the power of the food processor.
Note:
If you have any left, put in a muffin pan and freeze.
