Spinach Dip

 


This dip is a sure hit in any party.


what you need:

  • 300gr / 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 1 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic cloves mashed
  • 2 tbsp onions thinly sliced
  • 200gt/8 oz jar sliced water chestnuts or celery or 200 gr finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp chopped jar jalapeno 
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


what to do:

Cook spinach according to package and after it’s cold

Enough to handle, place it in a dish towel and squeeze all the liquid.

Chop the spinach and mix it well with all the other ingredients.

Serve with crackers, pita chips, raw veggies or simply bread.
