Chia Chocolate Mousse


 A luxurious treat that's as healthy as it is delicious.


What you need:

- 3 tbsp chia seeds

- 1 cup milk

- 2 tbsp cocoa

- sweetener of choice such as honey or stevia


What to do:

Put everything in a high power blender and blend for about 1 minute.

Put in 1 or 2 containers in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving. 

If the blender is not a high power blender you will not get a mousse consistency, you will have chocolate chia pudim, which is also good.
