Blueberry Chia Pudding



Blueberries and Chia seeds will pack a wide array of important nutrients as well as antioxidants.

What You Need:

  • 2 cups milk of your preference
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 8 tablespoons chia seeds
  • your favorite sweetener (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (optional)

Serves 4 or 5


What To Do:

1 - Place blueberries, milk, and the sweetener (if using any) in a blender, such as Nutri Bullet, and blend until smooth.



2 - Place this mix in a bowl, add the chia seeds and mix well. 


3 - After 5 minutes mix again. Repeat that another time.

4 - Transfer to small containers and keep covered in the refrigerator until serving.


Note: You can serve in a glass container placing a layer of crushed graham crackers at the bottom and topping with whipped cream such as the Coconut Whipped Cream from trader Joe's.
