Chicken Stir Fry


This chicken is delicious, very juicy and tender. 

what you need:

  • 2 pieces of chicken thighs or breast about 300 to 400gr
  • olive oil to fry fry the chicken
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • half an egg white
  • 10 gr of flour (3 teaspoons)
  • pepper of your liking to taste


what to do:

Poke the pieces of chicken with a knife to tenderise it. 

Cut the chicken in small strips/pieces.

Add all the other ingredients into a bowl -> soy sauce, pepper, ginger, egg white, flour and mix well.

Add the chicken strips and mix to coat all pieces. If the mix is not enough to coat the chicken add a little bit of water.

Heat the wok, add oil, and stir fry the chicken. Make sure you keep scraping the bottom of the wok with a wooden spatula so nothing sticks to the bottom.

Remove from pan, stir fry the veggies of your choice and when they are done add the chicken back to the wok.

Season with you favourite seasoning.
