what you need:
- 7 dried apricots whole
- 5 dried apricots cut in small pieces *
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Note* - to cut the apricot in small pieces, first cut the apricot in strips and cut each strip in small pieces.
what to do:
Soak apricots and nuts in warm water for 15 minutes.
Rinse and pat dry.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Blend everything until well mixed.
Mix in the small pieces of apricot.
Press the mix between wax paper.
Cut in small rectangles or squares.
Place them in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
