what you need:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- dash lemon
- 1 packet Agar Agar
Notes:
- Use gelatine instead of agar agar
- Add a sweetener of choice if desired.
what to do:
Put the agar agar powder in 100ml of water in a small pan.
Let it simmer for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Blend using a powerful blender.
Place in ramekins or small containers, to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Optional: top with cream, fresh blueberries and melted chocolate
