Ingredients:
- 150 gr almond flour
- 150 gr peanut butter
- 30 gr protein powder
- 50 ml milk (any)
- 50 gr honey or maple syrup
- nuts of your liking chopped in small pieces
For the ganache:
- 100 gr dark chocolate 85% or more.
- 30 gr peanut butter.
Notes:
You can use any nut butter.
Add mini chocolate chips to the dough.
Add a little sprinkle of sea salt before serving.
Start mixing the dough with a fork and then finish with your hands.
Use a spoon or your fist to press the dough in the baking pan.
To melt chocolate, chop it in small pieces and place a bowl in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time until it's melted. It should take about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
What To Do:
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Press the dough on a baking pan with paper wax at the bottom or side and bottom.
Press lightly nut pieces on the dough.
For the ganache, melt chocolate and then mix the peanut butter.
Spread chocolate ganache over the dough/nuts.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Cut in equal pieces.
Keep refrigerated in a sealed container.
