A great substitute for cream cheese. Especially for vegans.
Ingredients:
- 125 gr tofu
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1/8 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- finally chopped parley and chives to taste
What To Do:
Blend everything until smooth.
