Quick and easy dessert, high in protein.
Ingredients:
- 1 yogurt of your choice (usually 3/4 of a cup)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- sweetener of your choice
Note: instead of yogurt you can use cottage cheese and use a powerful blender to mix all ingredients.
What To Do:
Mix everything with a whisk until all well blended and smooth.
Top with fresh berries or chocolate shavings.
